Old caboose

A week or more ago someone placed an old wooden caboose between the UP tracks and 99E near Southend Road south of Oregon City Oregon. It appears to be wooden sided with a wooden cupola(?) that looks like it has broken away from the body. The caboose is sitting on a panel track, however, I can't guess the gauge while driving by. Does anybody have information about this caboose?
