1. You must be registered and approved to bid prior to 12PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday August 19th, 2024. This includes submitting all required documents to Rail & Road Auctions prior to this time. We will not process ANY new registrations after this time.
2. If you have not bid with Rail & Road Auctions prior to registering for this event you will be required to submit a copy of your (A) official government-issued identification (driver's license / passport / state identification card) and (B) credit card. Personal information may be redacted with the exception of you name and photo. Copies of such documents may be submitted in person or by email

Payment is due in full immediately after the sale. Please note that Rail and Road will not accept payments for purchased lots from any party other than the purchaser. Payment for this auction must be made by certified funds (wire, certified check, money order) within 96 hours of the close of the auction.
