The No.8 described in the Trains story arrived Spokane the morning of Aug. 31 with one ALC-42, not two. Had an H-2 BNSF Dash 9 on the point. The second ALC-42, seen in the photo at Rugby, N.D., came from No.28 out of Portland, which joined No.8 at Spokane.
