The security guard subdued and arrested him, so it sounds like this perp met his match.

The perp is probably lucky he pulled this stunt on a late Sunday night train at Acton, and not on the Monday morning inbound train today, filled with all of those armed LASD and LAPD guys who commute from Acton. He might not have been subdued with just pepper spray....
