The centerbeams went west during the last week of April. Tank cars are stored at Webb, Rocklyn, and Davenport. The centerbeams on the old Geiger tail are just storage cars--not for removal of the tracks inside of the Air Base. The EWG would love to get ahold of that ribbon rail, but it's owned by Spokane County.
The EWG rercently used 2 SD45s on (at least) a portion of the original Geiger Spur--the part with the nice old bent and twisted 85# rail. The owner of that track (the County) was NOT amused.
