6925 interchange work question

The wreck of 6925 was dragged to the shop to prep for interchange with BNSF One of the 6925 trucks is cracked and welding of trucks is not allowed??? GGRM and PLA took a long time to prep their junk for interchange, volunteers in short supply, I suppose.

The link at the bottom of this page did not mention "cracked trucks" (air and couplers and stopping the junk mostly).

What is the basic interchange rules work facing 6925 for BNSF? Google failed me!

Thanks in advance for any information on interchange work(in general with wrecks)! - J.R.
