What they will use is the traffic camera's we have installed in Caltrans District 8, if there is good coverage here on this segment of i-15, which is how several freeway shooting murders have been solved, and the perpetrators apprehended, like the child who was killed in a car-to-car shooting, a few years back on the 91.

And when folks get all of their deepest feelings out about hating on cops for doing their jobs, how exactly did this impact the "UP" or, and or, (why not???) the BNSF?
