Speed, human error and/or medical alert, physics

ALL "tram drivers" are suspect!

Noway is just like merica' , stand around chatting with the street shut down blocking the other LRV and is that the "20" passengers looking on from the station across the street? ....and is that a body laying on that table with wheels while fire-police play where's waldo?
