Union Pacific Corp. is the fourth major US railroad operator in two months to change its legal leadership by disclosing late Monday the pending retirement of Craig Richardson.
Richardson will leave as of March 31, 2025, having spent more than four years as the Omaha, Nebraska-based company’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Christina Conlin, most recently chief risk officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., will join Union Pacific as a deputy general counsel on Dec. 2 in “anticipation” of replacing Richardson as legal chief next year.
