Trump will cut off funding and access to surplus military urban assault vehicles for blue states. Where will the cities get their gear then? How will they fund more SWAT teams?

And what does this have to do with trains, unless Metrolink uses law enforcement funds to add armor to their trains and Arrow DMUs (yes, Diesel MUs; they only have one hydrogen unit).
