That was fun.

The gentleman with the apt descriptions of name calling from both extremes is British but lives in Germany. He has a regular YouTube series on life in Germany. So that makes him an outside observer of the US political scene. His reaction is pretty common among European observers. They have their own problems, which they recognize, and see the parallels in US politics.

Lots of Americans don't know that "liberals" in most of the world are right of center, but not that far (usually).
