I wouldn't have bothered with emergency. If you do that for every idiot who tries this kind of nonsense, then nothing would move. Especially once some folks figured out this works to stop trains.

If they were stupid enough to stay on the tracks in front of an oncoming train, then a normal full-service application would be sufficient to stop the train, until the coroner arrived, without needlessly endangering the public further by using an emergency application.

I saw this idiot on You Tube earlier this week, there is no shortage of foolish people.
