The Big Delay appears to be that it won't be open in time for the Olympics - according to Stew anyway, it's the end of 2028 now. Saw a delay to 2031 mentioned someplace else, but not according to Stew. We'll see. Allegedly should now see some kind of actual construction work starting late this year - potholing for utilities and geotech work are not construction.
