Here's some more footage of the climactic scene that was filmed on the British Columbia Railway. James Sikking, the guy who played the bad guy, died in July of 2024.

Gene Hackman was on one of my Kingman-Los Angeles runs several years ago on # 3 and he had an Economy Bedroom from Lamy to L.A. I joked with him about how I appreciated him not riding on the roof of the train. We also discussed an episode of "I SPY" he was in that was filmed in Guanajuato, Mexico.

A nice man and great actor. Very sad to hear of the mysterious circumstances of his passing.
