I will ride over that bridge April 15th, need radio frequencys

I will be riding the Sunset LTD eastbound from LAX to NOL on April 13-15 on Amtrack #2. Will be looking forward to seeing the bridge. I will also be riding the City Of NOL #58 to Chicago, The Empire Builder to Portland OR and the Coast Starlight back to the Bay area. Where can I find the radio frequencies for these routes so that I can monitor the action on my scanner as Im riding along. I also have a smart phone, maybe that would work. Than you in advance.
