Use all the Amfleet, Horizon and Superliner Coaches for illegal alien deportations. Run these cars out to the end, with barely basic maintenance. Hell, round up all the "museum" pieces rusting away on spurs and sidings too - why scrap them, when we can use them as prison transports.
Reserve the LUXURY First Class sleepers, lounge and dining cars for AMERICANS. Require proof of citizenship (or valid tourist visa), and give RAILFANS the First Class service and attention they deserve! All Amtrak Long Distance trains will be FIRST CLASS only - no scum coach riders, no scum cheapsakes, no scum illegals. Only the BEST Americans will travel Amtrak.
