Was pondering the troll post by “Out of Touch.” When the teenagers and youngsters built the museum in the 1950s-60s, I don’t think they imagined that in the year 2025 a young guy would say the museum sucks. The museum will continue to attract the right person who sees the value of it. No need to cater to the bored guy who wants to be entertained. At a model RR club, I noticed a bunch of young kids who were bored, just wanted to wreck trains, and left. Don’t try to cater to that group. It’s not worth it.

Oh, and the SCRM member I talked to was extremely nice and welcoming after I discussed my technical skills that I could provide. It’s a top notch place, and “Out of Touch” is just out of touch.
