Nice, clean shot! I like the balanced fore and backgrounds- it really places the scene. Funny, I was in the service in Everett, and I remember the weather constantly changing more than it being dreary and damp all the time. I liked it a lot, but maybe I wasn't there long enough to get the drizzle depression. I understand Portland is more drizzly than Everett, but I couldn't say that with any conviction. I felt that the preciptiation added to the photography more than it detracted.
