The Kelly Park Trolley Dedication

Today's opening of the Kelly Park Trolley Line with car #124 which operated in San Jose until rail transit was replaced with GM busses (actually Yellow Coach, owned by GM) burning Standard Oil Gar and running on Firestone tires. There to dedicate it was (from left) Supervisor David Cortese (2nd generation local politico), Steve Somebody from Rotary, The Jolly Trolley, and some other local politician.

The big sissors would not cut the ribbon, so Diridon, in a display of manly strength, tore it.
