MRL Trout Creek derailment.

Anyone have any details about what caused this derailment? Last time I saw a boardman train go though Hinkle it seemed to have a lot of nasty sounding flat spots on some BNSF cars in the train---but I don't know if this was the train-set I saw. I believe there are three train sets running the Boardman powerplant these days. Just wondering.
