After a winter of delays and late arrivals, the Coast Starlight is seemingly enjoying the spring weather. This photograph was taken on 29 May 09 as Train #11 crossed over BNSF's Bridge 14 at the mouth of Chambers Bay in Steilacoom, WA. This train originated in Seattle, WA. The train in the photo was running on time. In May the Coast Starlight's on-time arrival in Los Angeles was 94% with an average time of arrival of 13 minutes early. (Thanks to Jerry Williams for the train's arrival statistics.)
