If I recall correctly, the line washed out in the 69 flood, and again in the late 70's when it was not restored. That final short segment to the oil site did last into the early 80's but service to Ojai was long gone by then. If I recall (again, correctly? I'm getting older every day!!!), much of the remaining packing business relocated to the Santa Paula Branch in that period for late sixties to mid seventies. I believe that Petty's book may be a source on this, and there was a Coast Lines book that detailed this bit of history.
