Yes the Irmulco Road will get you to Northspur from highway 20. Allow yourself 30-35 minutes.
it has an oversupply of "Private Road" "No Tresspassing" type signs around which I ignored as I have several times in the past. As yet, no one has ever give me any crap about using it. I would suggest follwing the posted speed limit and "No Dust" signs. When you are near houses, the dust issue seems to be the main gripe.
