Virginia and Truckee #22

I've been told that the Nevada State Railroad Museum has completed restoration of McKeen Motor car #22 and that it will be on display outside the museum on July 4th. Furthermore I was told that the car sports highly polished dark green paint with yellow lettering. Also I am told that a rebuilt Cummings diesel engine has been installed inside the car body and that the replicated power truck has a hydraulic drive. Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor?
