Re: Washington Post article highly critical of DC signalization

Now that Positive Train Control is by law suppose to be in place in just a few years this accident should be something to take note of. Even with computer controls that were suppose to keep trains apart we still have an incident. Just how 'fail safe' can any computer system really be? Any thoughts out there?
