Those are on the Newberg District, aka Rex Hill. This track is out of service. It is only used for rare power and equipment repositioning, detours, and an occasional rail train. There is no schedule or regularity and no way to know when or if to see a movement. Nobody is going to be able to help you. The only way on earth you'll get a train on that is if you know someone at the company reallllllllly well, and they hear about it, and they call you and warn you. Or if they reopen it. (It did temporarily reopen in October 2007 for about a month, as a detour route.)

The trestles were built by the SP. I don't recall fire damage to any of them but it wouldn't surprise me if there was, as other trestles in the western part of the state were lost to fire, most notably one of the large ones on the old United line north of Portland that shut down BN's operations in the valley for a while back in the 1990s.
