TODAY'S PHOTO
This is the Port Of Tillamook Bay Railroad on a run from Banks to the
Industrial Park on the coast at Tillamook, OR. It will park overnight at
Batterson on this two day run. Here it is westbound at Summit (Cochran)
passing an accumulation of old ties that have been replaced. This line has
not been in use since the floods washed out the tracks in the Salmonberry
River Canyon. This line was also the furthest north of the three SP
branchlines running to the coast in Oregon.
