Very cool old piece of railroading. Cave in was part of a planned remodel project that became a little accelerated last week. MRL hopes to open mid week. Trains are parked but many were returned to BNSF including a KC/Pacso with a pair of boeing fuselages. Reroutes included Laurel Sub to Great Falls, BNSF Copper City Sub to UP @ Silver Bow, Laurel to Cheyenne and Glendive to Snowden.
It's been a tough year as we've watch all of the major lumber customers shut down due to the economy. The MRLs daily mainline freights (ML/LM) are no longer daily and the Polson job as needed.
