SP 4449 Display in Chicago??? Good PR Opportunity

I was reading on 4449's website that there is unfortunately no display opportunities in Chicago which is unfortunate due to the rarity of this locomotive being in Chicago. Likely no good areas on the BNSF Railway or in the Amtrak yard Im guessing. Is there no railyards that the 4449 could have a quick day display?? Does Union Pacific have a railyard that they would normally take thier own steam program to be on display in the Chicago area?? This could be a great last minute PR opportunity for maybe UP or some other railroad to come to the rescue for the general public in the region to have a chance to get up close and personal with this locomotive. Also, since UP took over the SP... it could be a rare exception to the no foreign steam policy to do a good will PR move in the Chicago area. Just some thoughts but maybe all of these options have been expored.
