Good composition of the train and the tower.
At least the tower is leaning AWAY from the tracks. Bad things can happen to good rail lines when buildings fall on them.
As an example, on Jan. 1, 1963, a multi-alarm fire in an industrial building in Philadelphia caused it to collapse onto the adjacent Reading Company main line just north of Reading Terminal. The collapse took out the four-track main line, the catenary for the Reading's commuter rail operations, and the Diamond Street Tower, which was across the tracks from the building.
The Reading was able to detour some non-electrified trains around the collapse site by using an older freight-only line. It had just gotten its main line restored about three weeks later when a Philadelphia transit strike ballooned its commuter ridership, forcing it to add extra trains to handle the overflow.
