While traveling across central Kansas a few weeks back I encountered these old friends emerging from the cornfields! They looked out of place, but still great to see the old “bloody noses” still operating.

These are now owned by Kyle Railroad and were headed to nearby Solomon, KS to interchange loads with the Union Pacific.
