BNSF Dispatcher's School

I was recently informed by Tarrant Community College (Ft. Worth), that the Dispatcher's school they run in conjunction with BNSF has been "put on hold for a while". It is still listed in the catalog but is not on the Fall 2009 schedule. I was told to contact the school in early 2010 to check on its availability, but for right now it is not too promising. I don't know if TCCD or BNSF "pulled the plug" on the course, or if it is recession related.

Can anyone shed anymore light on this?
