Before this thing gets all blown out of proportion, It should be pointed out that the trackage in question is simply the tail track that McGregor needs to access its facility. This small section of trackage is located within the state of Idaho and was not covered by Washington DOT's purchase of WATCO rail lines within Washington state.

This trackage section WILL NOT preserve rail service to Moscow ID.
