Thank you for the update. It would be nice to see a line open for a change rather than close! (ANY LINE).
When I filmed that line a short time before it closed I used "night vision" in the tunnels and, although wet in a lot of them, they did not look THAT bad. But perhaps I just saw what they looked like cosmetically and did not see structural problems that needed to be addressed.
In any case, thank you for posting the hopeful news on the opening and the progress being made toward that end.
