Funny you should mention that - On our honeymoon in San Francisco last year my wife & I were riding a Muni bus @ rush hour. I asked the Driver - Trainer watching the rookie , what their biggest a$$#@!e drivers were.( Being a CDL Driver myself I like to compare notes. ) He said:
1) Bicyclists
2) Taxi cabs
3) BMW's !!!
