Question for Bruce Butler - NP 569 photo location?

Bruce,

One of your photos was published on page 89 of Joseph Shine's NP Color Pictorial - Vol 1. It shows NP GP-7 569 having seriously derailed after a failed "flying switch" maneuver in March, 1965. However, no location is given in the caption. Can you tell me where this happened?
