Returning from S F Sunday afternoon, drove SR-37 Novato along Blackpoint cut-off to SR-121. The NWP track all tamped and regulated. Track very flat and straight. First time in 60 years I have seen it like that!

Does anyone know what the speed limit will be.? Hopefully, more then 10 mph!
