I have a question since the SP 1233 issue has arisen from time to time... It was GREAT to see it run during the big railfair in Sacto in 1999-- something BAD happened since then, such as the YOLO being gobbled up by "you know who" !!

Is the engine physically able to operate without too much prep work ??

AND, most importantly, "WHO" has the actual LEGAL title to the locomotive at this time ??
Would appreciate any answers to these comments if you know the correct answers..
