1) in Windows explorer enter "ftp://trainnews.webhop.org" (w/o quotes)
2) once the window opens right clich the mouse and select "login as"
3) enter photos for the login and trainnews for the password
4) copy you photo to the file server
5) close the window when you photos are copied
To post the picture copy the text below into you posting and replace FILENAME.JPG with your photos filename.

Amtrak Begins New Lynchburg, Virginia-Boston Train. Photo 1 The first revenue run arriving at the Alexandria, VA Amtrak station on Ocotber 1, 2009, five minutes ahead of schedule. The first run had the same consist and power as the previous day's VIP run, without the NS dome car.
