Good grief, what kind of money are we talking about? This is a national publication with a large circulation. Sure, that lovely Apple display costs about $2K, but that shouldn't blow the budget at a place like Casterns. After all, you don't have to buy a new one every year.

The problem is they're cheaping out on everything. The ink smudges if your hands are the least bit damp. The paper is so thin you can see through it. The color reproduction is pretty bad too.

I'd like to hope so, but I doubt it. I know of another photog who had the same problem. They turned his gorgeous shots into a muddy mess.

These guys are pros, they know this stuff and how it works. I just hope they wake and realize it's important to the readers.

Here's something all business owners should keep in mind: "If you annoy your customers, they'll go away..."
