No, it's not numbered by HP, though earlier units were. It's numbered by type, being a '38. There's at least two of them, and they were purchased (originally) to operate on the Capitol Division, since those trains operate on the BN mainline from Nisqually to St. Clair or East Oly, depending on the day.
