Moses Lake Iron & Metal RR museum for sale???

Heard a reliable rumor that the estate of the late Monte Holms is planning to sell off the "Mon Road" steam locomotive and the former SP&S business car---actually all rail equipment. Anyone know if this rumor is true and if so, whom to contact to buy the stuff. Last time I visited Monte and was in the business car it was Nice!! and I have a party that would be interested in it. Thanks in advance for any info.
