Metrolink vs. auto today at La Mirada

On the way to work this morning around 7am passed by a totally wiped out vehicle and stopped Metrolink train at Rosecrans/Marquardt in La Mirada. Some police were there but no emergency or paramedics were yet on scene. As the train was stopped very near the vehicle I assume it had been braking awhile before impact. Never heard anything on the news and can't find out fate of driver. Did anyone here hear what happened?
