Double stacks on the hill soon?

Word on the street has it that the first of the double stacks should make a trip over Donner as early as Wednesday (the 18th). Sounds as if the migration from FRC over to the Hill will be done slowly in order to minimize disruption of the crews. 'Course I could be mistaken.
