Having dealt with Mr. Forbis directly and indirectly for years and had information from inside the McCloud, I would say that he has shown incredible dedication to trying to keep the railroad alive.

IIRC, he was the one who engineered the takeover from ITEL. He brought back the steam engines and allowed them to run. I think anyone else would have thrown in the towel and let the railroad fall to the scrappers years ago.

The McCloud has been a losing battle for a very long time.

Forbis should be commended for his hard work, as should all the people of the McCloud. This cannot be easy.
