OH Kruse Ontario Mill

I was recently on Google maps, doing the satelite tour of the old SP "West End," starting at Colton. Much to my surprise, I noticed that when I got to Ontario, I just saw a big empty space of light colored earth where the O.H. Kruse (later JD Heiskel) dairy feed mill was located.
When was the mill torn down? I found a nominal mention in the Ontario paper about a fire at the old packing house, where the offices were located. Any other info would be appreciated.

Thanks
