The Lassen Valley Railway case takes a new turn

The Lassen Valley Railway has filed with the STB to acquire the portion of the SP [UP] Modoc Line between Flanigon and Wendel, and the Susanville Industrial Lead. See: [www.stb.dot.gov]

However a new filing by Nevada Central Railroad was posted on the STB's website today: [www.stb.dot.gov]
