I would expect Amtrak ridership in the south to really increase. If this sails, the first logical action I see would be gathering these passengers in restricted areas of certain cars but the number of "Little Annie Oakly`s" and "Little Andy Oakly`s" would vary on trains,times,routes and portions of routes so how could this be accomplished as well as not to mention the great objection of the greater number of riders?.
