Yes, Puget Sound & Pacific does accept unit trains from Ewe - Pee, which they run to Port of Greys Harbor in Aberdeen, WA. Lotsa grey covered hoppers; don't know if they're hauling grain or potash; will fill almost all the yard tracks along the Chehalis River just West of the Hwy. 101 lift bridge. No storage facilities are visible, only a small conveyor / loading ramp. I'm guessing it takes a while to return the empties to Ewe - Pee in Centralia. From the description I think you were seeing 2 sets of power; on my Tuesday run to Portland there is usually only 2 big 6 axle units parked @ Blakeslee Jct.
