Train Horn On Tug Boat New Years Eve in San Fran.

So I was hanging out in San Francisco last night on Pier 39 for the New Years Eve celebrations. Shortly before midnight, what looked like a tug boat lit up with christmas lights came by and blew what sounded like an old nathan m5 train horn. I wasn't expecting that at all.

I'm not complaining, it sounded GREAT!!!! Everyone in the crowd loved it too.

Anyone have any information on who's boat that might have been? I want to thank them for making my NYE a little more memorable.
